Lesson & Payment Policies


Please review these lesson policies:

 

Scheduling
Your lesson time is secured at the time of payment. Lesson times can not be guaranteed without payment. Purchase your lessons in advance to ensure you get the time slot you want. 

 

Lesson Setup
When you book your lesson, you will be contacted promptly to schedule your lesson by email (or by phone if you request) and you will be given the Zoom link for your lessons. 

 

Cancellations
If you can’t make your lesson, please give as much notice as possible, so that the time slot can be made available and a make-up lesson may be discussed. Rescheduling lessons is allowed with the exception of repeated no-shows. Non-emergency no-shows will result in forfeiture of the lesson and its payment. 

 

Youth
Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian with them at their location during their lessons.

 

Refunds
There are no refunds for purchased lessons. Be sure you are happy with your selection before purchasing. If you aren’t sure, it’s recommend that you purchase a single lesson first. Unused lessons CAN
be transferred to a friend or family member. Lessons must be used within 12 months of purchase date.
